After seeing a social media influencer raving about Don Cruz, my grandsons and I decided to pay this snowball stand a visit. Well, we weren’t disappointed. Our snowballs were delicious, plenty of juice as well as fresh fruits. The ice was very soft. I enjoyed the nachos also, and I’m not a big fan of them. Good prices, great service, and decent parking. I definitely recommend Don Cruz for your tastebuds.

I don’t catch his name but the young man working tonight had incredible customer service! He is a bonnabel student. He was so polite and made our order to perfection. I love seeing the younger generation work hard and do well. We come here often and everything we have tried has been amazing

Had the sno- balls and street corn while attending a birthday party. Both were delicious! They had a cute trailer with lights and it really was festive and such a great addition to the atmosphere of the party. Staff were very friendly, everything seemed clean and tasted great. Would definitely recommend.

Best Sno-ball I've had in a long time!! My fave is NOT the average. (Spearmint with condensed milk) Great flavor, good pour & enough condensed milk for a great blend!! THANK YOU!! I'm NATIVE, but no longer local. It was a great experience with a new place(to me)!!

I decided to finally check this place out since it always looks busy on the weekends. There was a line when our group arrived. We ordered shaved ice and it did not disappoint. This spot does things a little different. They added condensed milk to the shaved ice which was delicious. As you can tell from the picture they have a variety of flavors. It looks like they have some unusual flavors such as horchata, tamarind and tiger’s blood. The horchata shaved ice was interesting. Would come back to this spot. The only con I could think of is parking we had to park off of one of the side streets.

Don Cruz Snowballs has a diverse snowball selection, along with the other foods. The ice in the snowballs here is not that smooth, but the flavors are great. The nachos with chili and cheese are super good. The staff was friendly. I do recommend Don Cruz Snowballs for the food, and a one-and-done snowball sampling. I will return, but not too sure if I'd get a snowball again.

I have been to this place 3 times in the last week. It is so good. The Agua Fresca Lemonades are the best. Fresh squeezed with fresh fruit or added flavors. The roasted corn aka Elote is the best I’ve had in Louisiana. There are so many items on the menu to choose from which will keep you coming back for more. Be warned , once you go you will keeping going back every time you’re near Williams. Great business with great employees !

A snowball spot with a twist, elote, chili mango, etc. Yum. This spot charges a little bit more but it's worth it when you get a flavor you can't find at other places
